Studio/School Awards

INSPIRATION Award

The INSPIRATION Award will be given to the piece and its dancers that inspired the judges the most through their commitment and performance quality of the piece! The recipients will win a complimentary entree to bring another masterpiece here at MoveMasters for the following year!

HEART Award

This extremely special award is chosen by our entire MoveMasters team at the end of each event. The studio that receives this award has shown us and everybody around them good sportsmanship throughout the entire weekend. These dancers are not just talented, but are epitome of team players! The director of the awarded studio will receive a set of free MoveMasters gear!

CHOREOGRAPHY Award

Our judges and directors handpick a routine from each age division which brought true artistry and creativity to the stage. These dancers, especially their choreographer, were chosen by the judges because of their innate and beautiful talents. All of the dancers selected for the choreography award will be asked to perform again at our closing ceremony.

Specialty Awards

JUDGES PICK Award

Some of our favorite awards are judges awards. Throughout each night of competition the judges select routines that spoke to them on an exceptional level. This is outside of the parameters of the score sheets like beautiful story telling, clever choreography or compelling energy.

TECHNIQUE MASTER Award

Given to the dancer/routine with the highest technique score in their division. This dancer/ routine shows their advanced skill level through clean and precise movement in their dance.

PERFORMANCE MASTER Award

This award is given to dancers/routines that score the highest in performance quality for their category. These dancers show their connection to their routine through expression and movement quality matching their music and choreography to perfection!
